![]() ![]() At the same time, NT scream bloody murder and point fingers at Microsoft or Apple if they dare to finally enact long-communicated changes. ![]() NT are frequently changing and deprecating major aspects of the SDKs without regard of or ANY forewarning to most third-party devs. Yet another NT double standard: They routinely demand treatment from their platform vendors that they'd never offer to their own platform devs/customers. At the same time, MUCH smaller companies had negligible problems keeping their 2D & 3D graphics apps working and up-to-date across recent OS transitions, as did most same-sized or larger companies who'd been paying attention to Apple dev recommendations. Them blaming Apple at ALL is a bit "rich", given they didn't do anything remotely resembling "their part" in terms of ongoing maintenance, yet now are portraying Apple's change as vastly more serious than it was. That portrayal ("Apple broke everything with Mojave") is lacking in historical accuracy, but no surprise there. Mojave required like a one-line fix to address the glyph issue. ![]()
